As our name suggests, we are professionals in Designing, Building, and Remodeling residential properties in Baltimore County, Carroll County, Frederick County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, and Montgomery County.

We are a family-owned business co-owned by Jim Ballan and Andy Eckstein. Our partnership was cultivated from a common belief, interest, and passion for the industry.

Jim has over 25 years of experience designing and building various home renovation projects. His skill lies in the ability to communicate, listen and effectively extract from the client the vision they seek.

Andy has 25 years of significant administrative and operational experience, which ensures that each project is managed and organized efficiently, keeping projects on time and within budget.
